Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") before placing an order or relying on a quotation from us. They are written for procurement teams, plant engineers, and business owners—not only for lawyers. Where your signed purchase order or written contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed document prevails for that specific transaction.

1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing https://www.sandblasting.org.in, submitting an enquiry, accepting a proforma invoice, or making payment to Sand Blasting , Customer agree to these Terms together with any order-specific schedules, datasheets, and drawings referenced in your quotation.
If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. These Terms apply to business customers; consumer-protection rules may apply only where mandatory local law requires and cannot be waived by contract.

3. Website use
Content on our website—including specifications, photographs, application guides, and blog articles—is provided for general information and marketing. While we strive for accuracy, published figures may be rounded or updated without notice until confirmed in a formal quotation.
You agree not to:
- Misuse enquiry forms, upload malicious files, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- Scrape or republish substantial portions of our site without written permission;
- Represent our drawings or trademarks as your own manufacturing origin.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Quotations are prepared based on information you supply—material type, production rate, compressed-air capacity, dust requirements, voltage, and destination. Incomplete inputs may lead to assumptions stated in the quote; please review them before approval.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for the period mentioned on the document (typically 15–30 days). Market movements in steel, freight, or imported components may require re-pricing after expiry.
5. Orders and confirmation
An order is confirmed when we issue a written order acknowledgment or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing or remit the agreed advance. Verbal assurances from individual staff members are binding only when confirmed in writing by our authorized sales desk.
Technical scope—including model, motor rating, hose lengths, blast hose bore, dust collector capacity, electrical panel specification, and optional accessories—is defined by the quotation and referenced datasheets. Changes after confirmation may affect price and delivery and require a revised acknowledgment.
6. Pricing, taxes, and payment
6.1 Currency and taxes
Prices are quoted in the currency stated on your offer. Domestic Indian orders are subject to applicable GST and statutory charges. Export orders may be zero-rated or exclusive of import duties, VAT, or withholding taxes in the destination country unless explicitly included.
6.2 Payment schedule
Standard structures (unless negotiated) include:
- Advance against order confirmation for manufacturing release;
- Progress or pre-dispatch balance before ex-works shipment or before dispatch from our facility;
- Balance on delivery, commissioning, or letter-of-credit terms for qualified export buyers.
EMI or credit facilities, where offered, are governed by separate written agreements and may require guarantees or post-dated instruments.
6.3 Late payment
Overdue amounts may attract interest at the rate permitted under Indian law and may delay dispatch, release of documents, or warranty activation until cleared.
7. Delivery, title, and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates based on current production load and component availability. We will inform you of material delays as soon as practicable.
Incoterms (for example EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP) stated on your quotation determine when risk and insurance responsibility transfer. Unless agreed otherwise:
- Risk passes according to the named Incoterm;
- Title may transfer on full payment even if risk has already passed;
- Export packing suitable for sea or air freight is applied as quoted; special crating or fumigation is chargeable when required by destination regulations.
Partial shipments may be made when advantageous for logistics or production sequencing, with pro-rata invoicing.
8. Inspection, FAT, and acceptance
Buyers may inspect equipment at our works by prior appointment. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures, checklists, and witness points are agreed in advance when requested.
If you do not inspect within the offered window, equipment is deemed ready for dispatch when it passes our internal quality checks. Visible transit damage must be noted on the carrier receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of arrival with photographs so we can assist with insurance or replacement parts claims.
Functional acceptance at your site may depend on correct installation of power, compressed air, ventilation, and grounding per our installation manual. Performance deviations caused by inadequate utilities are outside standard warranty scope.
9. Warranty
New equipment carries a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on your order acknowledgment (commonly 12 months from dispatch or 9 months from installation, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise specified).
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear of nozzles, hoses, valves, seals, and other consumables;
- Damage from incorrect abrasive media, over-pressure, moisture in air lines, or operator error;
- Unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, or use beyond rated duty;
- Corrosion or abrasion from aggressive environments beyond agreed specifications.
Our obligation is to repair or replace defective parts at our option. Removal, reinstallation, freight, and downtime costs are excluded unless expressly included in a service contract. Warranty claims must be logged through our support desk with serial numbers, photographs, and operating logs where available.
10. Installation and commissioning
Unless purchased as a service package, installation is the Buyer's responsibility or that of your qualified contractor. We provide manuals, layout guidance, and remote support; on-site commissioning is available under separate charges and travel terms.
You are responsible for statutory approvals, electrical licensing, noise abatement, dust extraction permits, and occupational health compliance at your facility.
11. Spares, abrasives, and media
Spare-part recommendations are based on stated operating hours and media type. Abrasive choice strongly affects wear rates; using unapproved slag or oversized grit may void component warranties.
Spare orders are subject to availability and separate commercial terms. Hazardous-media shipments follow applicable transport regulations.
12. On-site and contracted services
Field services (mobile blasting, plant restoration, coating preparation, etc.) require site access, permits, and safe working areas. You will provide lifting aids, power, water, ventilation, and isolation of adjacent processes as agreed in the method statement.
Weather, substrate condition, or hidden defects may affect productivity; revised schedules or rates may apply when scope changes on site. Service invoices are payable as stated in the service order.
13. Export and import responsibilities
For international sales, you are responsible for import licenses, customs clearance, duties, and local compliance unless our quotation explicitly includes customs brokerage or DDP delivery to a named location.
You warrant that ordered equipment will not be diverted to prohibited end users or uses contrary to applicable export-control and sanctions laws. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where compliance risk is identified.
14. Safety and regulatory compliance
Abrasive blasting involves high pressure, respirable dust, noise, and projectile risk. You must train operators, provide approved PPE (including respiratory protection where required), install dust collection, and follow local factory acts and HSE rules.
We design equipment to industry practices, but final workplace safety compliance remains your duty as the employer or site controller.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from any order—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you for that specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost production, coating rework, penalty clauses with your clients, or business interruption, except where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
16. Intellectual property
All website content, brochures, CAD layouts, software, trademarks, and training materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive license to use manuals for operation and maintenance of purchased equipment.
Reverse engineering for competitive manufacturing, removal of serial plates, or misrepresentation of origin is prohibited.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, government restrictions, widespread transport disruption, or critical raw-material embargoes. Affected obligations resume when the event subsides; if it continues beyond 90 days, either party may terminate the unfulfilled portion by written notice without penalty beyond refund of undelivered prepaid amounts.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in India, in English.
We prefer amicable resolution: please escalate commercial or technical disputes to our management contact before initiating formal proceedings.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new product lines, compliance requirements, or commercial practices. The effective date at the top will change when revisions are published. Existing confirmed orders continue under the Terms version accepted at order confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise.
